Policy
Appointments may be scheduled via online portal, e-mail or by phone. If you are unable to keep your appointment as scheduled, please contact your therapist directly or reschedule online within 24 hours of the appointment day/time to avoid a fee.

Out of Network:
We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits if their primary therapist does not accept their insurance. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.
