Erin Lowry, LCSW, CST

Owner/Director/Psychotherapist (She/Her)

My goal is to help clients learn to heal past wounds and create healthier, more satisfying relationships with themselves and others. I specialize in assisting adults in navigating to new, more empowered/grounded identities after trauma and improving sexual health/satisfaction.

I would be honored to assist you in connecting with who you always were and meant to be. If you do not know what that means or how that could be possible, I am here to hold that intention for you while we work together to discover your truth.

Goals that we may address together may consist of: enjoying life again after trauma, increasing awareness/insight into patterns/behaviors, recovering or establishing the intimacy that you desire, exploration of identity, improving overall sexual health, learning mindfulness and/or other coping skills that work for you, creating and nourishing satisfying/healthy relationships, increasing self-esteem and disrupting habits that no longer serve you. My approach is to follow your lead on the pace of therapy, while gently challenging you to move slightly past your comfort zone in order to assist in your growth process.

My primary modalities are EMDR and Sex Therapy, but I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. Other Modalities and/or techniques that I may utilize consist of: cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, mindfulness/relaxation/guided imagery, interpersonal therapy,  cognitive processing therapy and more. I am continually expanding my knowledge base through additional training, conferences and consultation.

I welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, relationship structures, genders/gender expressions, and sexual and romantic orientations. Priority is given on my waitlist to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community members. I acknowledge oppressive structures that exist in our society, use a feminist framework and practice cultural humility in my approach with clients whose background and experiences are different than my own.

Caitlin Climes, LMSW

Psychotherapist (She/Her)

Do you and your partner get into the same fight over and over without it ever being resolved? Have you tried talking about it and feel like your partner doesn't listen? Do you feel like you’ve tried everything but nothing seems to be working? If so, you’ve come to the right place. I work with couples and individual adults dealing with a myriad of issues. My goal is to help you gain insight to your issues and figure out where you're stuck. From there, we will create a ‘toolbox’ of strategies to use so you can experience more satisfaction in your life and relationships.

As a therapist, I utilize models such as CBT, DBT, MBCT, ACT with individuals as well as EFT and Gottman method with couples. If you don’t know what that means, that’s okay! We will work together to create a plan for your treatment using a combination of methods best suited to your therapeutic needs.

To best accommodate your schedule, I have daytime and evening appointment times available. There are a lot of stereotypes about therapy, but I’m here to create a safe place of non-judgement as we explore your issues, strengths, and have a little fun along the way.

Ari Myers, MSW

Psychotherapist in training and Certified Life Coach (They/She)

I am currently offering coaching services while I await my licensure. At the moment, I can assist with present and future concerns and goals.

I work with individuals who are navigating gender identity and relationship changes, as well as people in polyamory or other forms of ethical non-monogamy, members of the kink community, and people who hope to move beyond their past trauma. My work is rooted in a recognition that social work and therapy are inherently political. I believe that so many challenges in our lives can’t be understood outside of the context of structural issues, and I hope to support you in your growth in spite of the fact that we exist in an oppressive system.

I am certified in Post-Traumatic Growth Somatic Therapy, and integrate somatic work along with talk therapy modalities like ACT and DBT. I am also trained in EMDR, which I can utilize once licensed, and am in training to become an abortion doula.

My goal is to create a collaborative environment where we can work towards your increased freedom and help you create the life you desire!
