ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

My work as a therapist is grounded in partnership—I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you as we navigate life’s challenges, stressors, and healing together. I recognize and deeply value the importance of a strong therapist-client relationship in a successful therapy experience, and I am very much looking forward to meeting you and seeing how we can work together. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), always through a trauma-informed lens.

I received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus in Criminology from Montana State University in 2017, and my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University in 2025. Along the way, I’ve worked on a crisis and suicide hotline, provided housing case management, and facilitated community education for youth on healthy relationships.

As a queer and trans person, I am passionate about supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and creating a space where everything you are and everything you could be is welcome. My work is rooted in fat positivity, kink positivity, sex and sex work positivity, and intersectionality. I also believe that healing does not and cannot happen in a vacuum– our lives are shaped by our relationships, communities, and the systems we exist within. Because of this, I approach therapy with an understanding that mental health is deeply connected to the world around us.

I’ve had the privilege of working with people in all ages and stages of life, from children to elders, and I especially love working with teens and young adults as they explore questions of identity, belonging, and authentic selfhood. In our work together, you can expect curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, with the goal of helping you feel more connected to yourself and your community.
