Licensed Psychotherapist (Contract Therapist) multiple positions available
Requirements: Must be a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Psychologist, with some experience and/or interest in working with clients on sexual health, relationship and trauma-related concerns. Must participate in sex and trauma therapy training (paid for by the practice). Must enjoy working with couples.
Preferred: Independently licensed, experience in couples therapy, has experience and/or training in sexual health and trauma modalities.

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Contract)
Requirements: Some college or Undergraduate Degree at a minimum. Experience and success with working independently; self motivated. Organized and able to create own systems for tracking data. Excellent communication skills and desire to work collaboratively within a a collective of psychotherapists and other healing arts professionals. Flexible and critical thinking skills. Values social justice and affirming/supportive to individuals/communities who face oppression and/or discrimination; Must be trauma-informed and interested in contributing to a practice that promotes sexual health.
Preferred: Experience working with electronic health records and billing insurance.
Job Duties: Responding to messages/inquiries in a timely manner. Interfacing with clients, insurance companies, therapists and/or referral sources. Supporting marketing efforts based on skill level/abilities. Running reports and tracking errors/resolutions. Effective and kind communication. Openness to and seeks feedback. Able to adapt to change. Engages in creative problem solving. Other duties may be assigned as practice grows.
Number of hours/week: 2-6 (may increase over time if skills meet the need of the practice and the practice grows)
