Curiosity, collaboration, and compassion are at the heart of the work that I do with clients.
As a graduate student at ASU working towards my Master’s in Social Work; I believe that my first job as a therapist is to get curious about the systems and context of my clients. None of us exist in a vacuum - we are shaped by our experiences, as well as our families, relationships, cultures, and identities. My goal with clients is to work together with curiosity and compassion to learn the contexts that bring you into therapy - and help you to gain the tools to thrive within those contexts.
I have professional experiences working as a peer counselor for college students, providing case management and sexual education in HIV clinics, and supporting survivors of sexual assault. I also have an academic focus on holistic health - as well as lived experience as a queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent, Latine. I have training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and also enjoy working with modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.

When not working with clients, I enjoy reading, cooking with my partners, and going on hikes with my dog.

Individual Services
Initial Assessment (first appointment) - $150 per 50-60 minute session
Ongoing Individual Therapy - $125 per 50-60 minute session
Relationship/Couple/Family Services
Initial Assessment (first appointment) - $175 per 50-60 minute session
Ongoing Relationship/Couple/Family Therapy - $150 per 50-60 minute session
Additional time for appointments will be prorated accordingly (e.g. An 80-90 minute Individual Therapy Session would cost $187.50 )
