  1. Somatic Applications of Applied Polyvagal Theory: Where Theory Comes to Life in the Therapy Room

    January 23, 2026

A full-day workshop where Polyvagal Theory is applied in real time through live clinical demonstrations. Participants learn to work directly with the nervous system to support downregulation and create lasting change.

  2. Working with Attachment through the Lens of the Nervous System: Expanding Capacity for Connection and Safety

    February 6, 2026

  3. Healing Core Beliefs Through the Nervous System: Transforming Stuck Patterns into Pathways of Change

    February 27, 2026

Examines how developmental wounding shapes core beliefs, and provides practitioners with nervous-system-based strategies to release entrenched patterns and support clients in reclaiming freedom and agency.

  4. Beyond Fight/Flight/Freeze: The Neurobiology of Fawning and Appeasement: Where Adaptive Responses Meet Healing Possibilities

    March 20, 2026

Explores the neurobiology of fawning and appeasement as adaptive trauma responses, offering clinicians strategies to recognize and transform survival patterns into pathways toward agency and authenticity.

These workshops can be taken individually as stand-alone trainings, or bundled together as a series at a discounted rate.
