Explore ADHD, autism, & AuDHD beyond observable presentation & diagnostic criteria, with attention to internal experience, masking, sensory experiences, environmental need, dynamic capacity, & burnout.

Translate understanding into practice by exploring accessibility, communication and processing differences, the therapeutic relationship, adaptations to therapeutic approaches, late-diagnosis grief, and how to help clients nurture self-compassion and self-accommodation
